It was fantastic they have all the safety protocol going on now but had a great time I wish they had some more places to eat although

Love the buffet and the specials offered. Eat there as often as possible and invite as friends and family as possible. Always have wonderful machines to play. My few favorite. 4 games in one (4wonder) jackpot 7'sI also have the best host KIM, couldn't find one with more caring and sincerity for her players. Cant wait to get back and meet the wonderful friends I made my host and good food! I would give them a great big " A" for either being the best or trying the hardest to make it there. Most all are pleasant and go out of their way to make your experience rememberable!Go visit and have an awesome time!

Clean casino. Nice employees. Not to crazy about the food. Probably because of the pandemic. But will go back.

Post Covid found the place not too crowded...just the way we like it. Masks required and that's annoying for long periods of time, feel empty for employees. The slots felt looser and appropriately spaced. Overall, excellent experience.

Tightest slots I’ve ever played in my entire life of any casino. Very low payouts per amount of bet placed - I’d estimate 50% lower payouts compared to other all other casinos I’ve been to; it’s very disturbing actually. For example betting $1.00 here will yield you the same payouts as betting $0.50 at other casinos.Even with all the money they are taking in from the slots they still can’t replace some of the worn out seating at their machines.I sincerely hope other slot players see this review. Again, do not go here if you are a slot player; any other casino is a better option.

Very clean. It's a Non smoking casino which is very nice. Several places to eat inside. Not too crowded. Nice games. They have video black jack, roulette, craps for $3 a hand which is really affordable most places start at $5 a bet.

Felt extremely comfortable with their COVID precautions.

We had a delicious meal at the Final Cut restaurant with great service and then lost over $200 in the casino. Not too bad of a night.

As soon as I step inside, I'm still amazed that we have our own casino in Toledo. Always have a good time.

My husband and i went Saturday evening August 1st and we lost 300 in the matter of 45 minutes every other casino we have been to we could at least sit and play for hours on $300 but nope not here they just want your money and the customer service people was rude we couldn't get our $5.00 free play to work and everyone we talked to was rude and for being newbies at other casinos they give u anywhere from $25 to $50. For signing up but nope not at Hollywood casino they gave us $5.00 definitely probably will not return we will keep making the drive to Detroit and play there were our money last longer and we actually win most of the times. I do not recommend this place at all and we couldn't even play blackjack because the tables weren't open or even any other card games.

Loved this place, and the return was greater than donation... Will be back very soon.Only note: Make note of your parking aisle marker color, the parking garage floors are color coded, and it can be a little confusing when taking the elevator back to your vehicle.

No temp checks at the door, more worried about taking picture at the door. Let too many people in. High limit room is a fishbowl, everyone is watching you play, just ready to hop on your machine. Not impressed, been there a few times, same results.

My friend and I had an awesome time! It wasn't very busy. We played penny slots and I won my $15 back and I still had money on me Good fun was had by all I'm hoping tell

My Son works there with Autumn & Derrick [who are excellent leaders & have such professionalism & care about their jobs] at The Final Cut restaurant & he LOVES HIS JOB & can't wait to get back to work on Wednesday, July 29th ! His employer is the greatest & he is very, very thankful & grateful to be one of the 30% to be called back in the restaurant area!

They're open. Everyone is friendly. I did not wear a mask, nobody said a word to me. Ate at the scene, had a Reuben that was made with real cornd beef, it was off the chain. Service was kinda SLOW coming from the bar and my luck was spotty but it's a fun time if you wanna kill an hour or two.

I loved the casino...but i was a little worried no temp checks....i wore 2 mask and gloves!!!

Would have been four stars but I really do think they need to clean there own machines and inforce a mask policy.

Been waiting for Texas hold ‘em table to open up like every body else and I get told by a pit boss Greg that I had to move from seat 1 because some one was waiting since 6 in the morning but I know you can reserve seat until table is open. Bad customer experience I been going there since 2017 and now I will not be going back.

No temps taken, majority not wearing masks, hardly seeing anyone cleaning and I speak the truth here. I wear mine to play safe when I go. The machines well the same as many Casinos..lol there are there to take your $$

Very nice Casino. Social Distancing was in order and the machines actually paid back a little bit. It is also the 1st casino for me that doesn't feel like its 3 hours away! Go there! Have Fun!

Four stars for sure. The regular card games I like to play were opened. My wife and I enjoyed them very much.

They tell you "$30 free slot play garanteed" and then they only gave me $5. I went and went to find the slot play on my card but there was never anything additional. Each time I tried speaking with someone at the service deak they never understood what i was talking about and strangely never had a manager available to just put the money they "garantee" on the card. Rude customer service. Someone called and gave me a free buffet but then coronavirus hit. My husband loves throwing away money here but i wont step foot inside this place or give them another dollar again.

Cleanliness and staff were very good. However some table games have very long wait times due to covid

While they are doing what they can with covid with the hand sanitizer stains and self service cleaning wipes, I still think there's room for improvement. My husband and I ate at the grill and none of the tables were cleared/ cleaned. They have a marker on the table that you are supposed to flip over when you leave to let the employees know that the table needs cleaned but no one does it. In the 7 hours I was there, I never once saw anyone cleaning the restrooms. And no one going around wiping off machines. Overall, I had a great time though.

Covid precautions were excellent. Masks given at door. Sanitizer all over. Good stuff too. Every other machine distance was fine. Non smoking casinos are clean but heck today it could have passed army inspection! Wish I could do a vlog there for my YouTube channel.

Smaller than it looks from the outside, but it's nice. Plenty of machines to use. Nice little place. Easy to find with it being right off the freeway.

Terrible. Tightest Slot’s around. Very poor payout. A lot of old machines. It’s great to get out of the house but not here.

The casino was very clean with plenty of hand sanitizer stations. You were required to wear a mask if you played the tables. The seats was sanitized before and after your done playing. The staff was very professional and courteous. I felt comfortable and really enjoyed myself.

Didn't spend a penny here. Couldn't get to a machine due to them being blocked off! Not sure if I will be back!

They have it set up very well, with sanitizing stations everywhere....as well as people constantly wiping down everything. Social distancing is not a problem either....can't be close to anyone else.

We like all the restaurants in there. One is a buffet for a buffet it is fine. One a high priced where you should have reservations Very good. They have like more like a quick sandwich and fries another place lunch and dinner an open atmosphere with good food and service. It is always open. It has a bar also. I am not really a gambler. The restaurants are good. Building is nice and clean

I LOVED coming here and playing Video Poker. I could hit enough to at least make my money last. Then about 2 years ago they switched all the machines around. After that, Id LOSE INSTANTLY. Went about 10 more times and quit going. Machines are way too tight now.

This was an awesome casino much different atmosphere than most tribal. Husband and I had a great time, left with more than we came with always good. Headed back to Michigan and wanted to check this place out.
